FOUNDER
Ozzie Stewart migrated to the US from Trinidad and Tobago for a dance career, following one in musical theater. As an entrepreneur, she owned a successful showroom in the garment industry for over a decade. She then returned to the acting arena and in the fall of 2019, began a video series called the Stars Among Us, renamed On The Call in 2020, an audio podcast because of the pandemic. In 2022, Ozzie became a best-selling author and won a Best Actress award.
ON THE CALL PODCAST
On The Call podcast began as a thank you card that shines light on those who impacted Ozzie's life personally. In 2023, it is also giving thanks and shining light on the larger community, which includes the Trinidadian diaspora, via her Trini Corner series. For more episodes CLICK HERE TRINI CORNER gives thanks and shines light on Trinidadians living outside Trinidad globally, impacting Trinidad and its culture, leaving a forever celebratory record of acknowledgment and appreciation.
On The Call also speaks to the HARD ISSUES of: Domestic Violence, Substance Abuse, Human Trafficking, Homelessness, Animal Welfare and Climate Change and has created a Call-to-Action nonprofit for resolution of these hard issues at: https://beyondthecall23.org
